Purchasing
Our purchasing department has ample experience with the requirements of material specification, certification and procurement. All purchases are documented with traceability and reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Our team of Quality Assurance experts carefully monitor all purchase orders, materials and outsourced services for conformance.
Outside Services
All necessary outside service procedures are fully integrated into our normal production schedules and controls. Our outsourcing is managed by the purchasing department and is fully inspected by our Quality Control team to ensure total accuracy and accountability. These outside services include the following:
- Heat Treating
- Coating
- Gun-drilling
- Welding
- Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) (both in-house and sub-contracted)
- Specialized Threading
Computer Numerical Controlled Machines, Manual Lathes and Mills
Our facility is outfitted with the industry’s most high-tech computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. We achieve our industry-leading aluminum CNC milling, CNC cutting and other advanced machining capabilities by utilizing the latest engineering equipment and design software wielded by some of the world’s most skilled machinists. Our team uses the standard Mastercam software to precisely program our customers’ components to spec.
